My Approach
“Challenges are what make life interesting. Overcoming them is what makes life meaningful.” -Joshua Marine
One of the single most important aspects in therapeutic success is the dynamic between the client and therapist. My role to you as your therapist is to show up in a collaborative and authentic way. I’m here to support you with working on matters of the heart and know that it is hard to show up and be at our most vulnerable self, so you will be heard and your voice does matter! I take an empathetic and nurturing approach by using strength based and person centered methods of communication with clients.

I specialize in topics surrounding trauma, anxiety, depression and life transitions. I work with teens & young adults, dealing with life changes/transitions, struggling to understand and form a sense of self-esteem and identity for themselves. I also work with young professionals who may be having a hard time finding a satisfying work life balance or may be wondering how their past life experiences are coming into play with their current life situations. By using evidence based practices we will focus on your empowerment, understanding of self (current and past) and help you grow into the individual you are meant to be.
